Deliverable 2.4 Benchmarks of European and Industrial Significance
One of the DataBench project’s central goals is to design, develop, and validate via industrial case studies a benchmarking process based on highly relevant business metrics to help European organisations evaluate their use of Big Data and Analytics (BDA) as they seek to
improve business performance. This report achieves this goal by presenting the finalization of the relevant business metrics of European and industrial relevance developed over the last 2 years during this project. This report is the last and most relevant output of the WP2
research. It provides the business metrics needed for the benchmarking tool and understanding of industrial users’ needs, which will be used to design a Benchmarking Handbook in the last year of the project.
